Process Pipework has the resources and flexibility to provide the right engineering solution for every job. Once project requirements have been agreed, we plan a bespoke solution with the client to deliver for the best outcome: this could mean our project team returning daily to the site with mobile tools, or setting up an office on the premises for the duration of the project.
All our employees are trained in and compliant with the engineering industry regulations and understand the need to work around complex twenty-four hour operations about working alongside a client ‘s operational teams.
Health and safety is a priority on all projects. All our team members have both mandatory and specialist training which includes IOSHH, SMSTS and confined space training. All have the knowledge of compliance to work safely and efficiently with clients and other parties.
Before any job is started a Project Manager will conduct a thorough risk assessment of the site and the works to be completed; we will then complete health and safety audits throughout the works.
Process Pipework recognise that fabrication off site can sometimes be the answer to successfully fulfilling a project playing an increasingly important role in meeting clients' requirements for improving sustainability, minimising disruption and to assist in meeting deadlines.
We have the design capability and facilities amongst our team to oversee and meet our clients' fabrication requirements. From assisting with design specifications, fabricating and installing on site, working with trusted third parties we can fulfil the need of off site fabrication. PPIS have the technical know-how to deliver successful results both on and off site.
Our clients are in many sectors, including dairy plants, food and beverage manufacture and storage, power regeneration and warehousing.
Working on a sub-contract, project or consultancy basis Process Pipework are able to advise and provide rapid and cost-effective solutions; delivering to agreed objectives whilst enabling clients’ own resource to focus on the core business priorities. All our employees play a vital part in the business and in keeping our commitments, often exceeding clients’ expectations.
On a project basis we are able to work throughout the supply chain on all aspects of process engineering and productivity improvements. The highly-skilled PPIS engineers and support team work to fulfil specific tasks including the development, implementation and management of quality control measures to improve productivity and enhance quality assurance.
We employ a diverse team including project managers, site supervisors, coded welders, pipe fitters and thermal insulation engineers all supported by an efficient office management team. For each Process Engineering project we recruit and allocate the people with the correct skills and experience to enable clients to benefit from our sector-specific expertise.
All clients can be reassured by our investment and support for our growing workforce: with four apprentices on programme, we provide them with the tools, leadership and training in order to learn the sector first hand. We also ensure all our qualified engineers have opportunities for continuing professional development (CPD) so they are familiar with new sector developments, industry recognised core tools and techniques, and compliance.
We are always keen to hear from experienced engineers. If you are interested in a career at Process Pipework please get in touch outlining your experience and specialist knowledge and skills.
